The Sons of UCF and UCFXOS collaborate to bring you a film breakdown of the UCF Knights and south florida football game from the 2022 season. This was the last scheduled matchup between the rival schools in a game that is dubbed the War on I-4. The Knights got out to a fast lead behind QB John Rhys Plumlee, but turnovers and mistakes opened the door for usf, and they took a late lead. QB Mikey Keene came on in relief and orchestrated a game winning drive that culminated in an unbelievable catch by TE Alec Holler.
The win advances the Knights to the AAC Championship Game, where they will face the Tulane Green Wave, and we preview what to expect from this Tulane team, and things UCF might need to do to adjust.
