Yes it's small. Not ideal but have been plenty of guys that do well with that size. Either good or not. No matter size.

As I said elsewhere, I'm converted (have been worried he'd be Blaine Gabbert 2.0 shell shocked if OLine is poor)- If Frost says he's ready- GO MILTON! Can't wait for the future!
