I just tried to reply a UCF email that requested everyone to check and confirm their contact info. Logged into my account, tried to confirm my info, got a message that the site is experiencing technical difficulties.
Then I tried to log in to the UCF Knights app on my phone to see if I could confirm there and while I was there to download the Kent State game tickets. THE APP WON'T LOAD AT ALL! Google play store has quite a few 1* reviews from others experiencing the same problem, so I've sent an email to appropriate Ticketing and IT personnel in UCF Athletics.
Is anyone else having issues logging in to the app to download digital tickets? Technology is great, until it doesn't work!
