UCF looking to build 17 new Greek Houses, wants to get others out of Ghetto

Believe a proposed meeting will take place in June to discuss building a new Greek Park on Alafaya/Gemini, that would include up to a dozen or so new homes by a new parking structure.

The more groups they can bring on to campus, better chance to control/monitor riff-raff from those not attending UCF (can't eliminate it but odds are students should be a lot safer).

More Greek homes that close in the Ghetto, maybe the better odds that developers can come in buy/tear down/then build new student housing in that area and hopefully eliminate most, if not all, of the Ghetto.
