The UCF men's basketball program seeks their first win of the season on Saturday night as they welcome UNC Greensboro to CFE Arena. The Knights (0-2) and Spartans (2-0) square off at 7 p.m. live on ESPN3.
UCF head coach Donnie Jones’ squad opened the 2015-16 season on the road against Davidson and battled to a 90-85 loss. UCF then ventured back to CFE Arena for “The Biggest Home Opener in College Basketball” against UC Irvine, and the Anteaters snuck out of Orlando with a 61-60 overtime victory. Despite being 0-2, the Knights have been impressive in their opening games, playing against two programs that made the NCAA Tournament last season and have been selected to win their respective conferences this year.
