Blew a 3-1 lead and had multiple chances (2 on base) in both the 6th and 7th but couldn't get a clutch hit...can't win tournaments without ladies stepping up when it counts...double elimination so still a chance but got to come through in the clutch.

Hard to play 4 games in 48 hours and finish with an elimination game against TX. The back-to-back wins in earlier elimination games showed this team's grit...nice job ladies!

You are probably right. Iowa State was above us in the Big 12 standings and they beat us. We got in over them due to a higher RPI ranking. I think we got in because we played such a tough out of conference schedule. I think beating the Gators helped us too. Our team should be amazing next season.
