UCF Spring Game this Saturday 2pm

.More info. Last year I got some lobster hot dogs at one of the food trucks that was out of this world. Does anyone know if that same food truck will be there from the list provided?

ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - It will be an entertaining atmosphere
for the annual UCFamily Spring Game presented by Meritage Homes. The
UCFamily Spring Game is schedule for Saturday, April 18, at Bright House
Networks Stadium, and fans are invited to come out early with

I think you're talking about Monsta Lobsta for their New England-style lobster rolls. I don't see them on the list but will check... They are one of my favorites.

BTW the Voo Doo Kitchen truck is awesome, too. If you like Cajun/Creole you should give them a try.

And Melissa's Chicken & Waffles is extremely popular. One of the owners is former UCF DB Rovell Hamilton.

For those that have never been to the Spring Game...one of the best parts are the sideline interviews during the game (not much strategy/analysis to be discussed between plays) with some past UCF Greats that always show up for the Spring Game.

Believe in past years, game is streamed free on iheart and other radio apps so bring your ear buds to listen to this interviews that Jerry O and others do during the game...good stuff.
