Some interesting tid-bits probably no one cares about but I figured worth mentioning...

Stetson's MBB has released their schedule. They play UCF on Nov. 30 in Orlando. It's a new series whereby UCF will return a game to DeLand for the 2017-18 season before the series concludes in Orlando in ’18-19. Stetson is usually shit but after surprising everyone and losing to FGCU by two in the ASUN finals, this senior-led team should put up a good fight this year.

SU women's soccer plays UCF this weekend. SU is 0-18 all-time vs. The Knights! Crazy. Or perhaps not so

I almost played soccer at stetson. Good luck to you guys this year!

Pseudo-Liberal Arts private colleges like Stetson have been forced to reactivate their football teams in recent years to avoid self-destruct gender imbalance: 60+% women students! Guys aren't going to college in nearly the numbers that women are. Nearing 60% is the kiss of death for a "private" because guys won't attend, nor will women if it's considered a "women's school." Football and 3 1/2 day weekend parties attracts male applicants. Stetson bills itself as Liberal Arts although it is 53% business majors (UCF is well below 20% business). Worse yet, most of it's business faculty don't have PhDs. So they pay all that money to get subpar degrees. So sad!

Feel free to check out the business faculty's bios.

If you bothered to check, the vast majority of their staff have Ph.D's so I'm not sure where you get your information, shit-for-brains.
Not in business. Insisting people call you Doctor doesn't make an EdD in education management a business degree. Liberal arts college are prevented from paying market prices for accounting and marketing doctorates (starting at $145,000) because these colleges are limited to paying by rank and seniority across all departments! Their salaries are based on a set of comparable institutions.

You said, "most of it's business faculty don't have PhD's".

That was not true and I pointed it out. Be more clear with your slander before you go spouting off.

Listen, regardless of what letters come after their names, these are bright people we're talking about. My MBA profs there were amazing, just as moving as my UCF profs were.

Dude, why are you hating on Stetson?

How about because when we'd attend their basketball games, they carefully place a printed sheet at every seat in our visiting section. The sheet insulted the students and the school in every possible way.

Who cares? It works out playing them due to a short travel. They aren't any real threat to UCF in football or basketball. Although I agree this years hoops game might be very interesting.

Looking back in time why would any young man not want to go to a school that is 60% or more women? Like those odds.

Admissions offices panic! That's why your only choice would have been among all "co-ed" colleges: Sarah Lawrence (which once was all women) in Bronxville, NY. Profs interview student before allowing them into their classes! Campus and students were very Gothic. My daughter got accepted there, but decided against it.
