I can independently confirm UCF's "application" was submitted to the Big 12 today. "Application" may not be the best term though as it was described as more of a "request for invitation."
UCF has really clammed up - they don't want any leaks before it's official. That's one reason why the Shareholder Zoom was postponed today. Mohajir cannot talk about the Big 12 at this time.
