UCF v Gator Ticket transfer question

All right, I may be getting old, but for some reason the Gator app connected to Ticketmaster, won’t allow me to transfer two tickets. Selling them to a buddy, I still plan to go with my other four.
This happened to anybody else or can anybody assist? Thanks.
