Long time listener, first time caller.
With tonights announcement of Alabama at 6 in the CFP Rankings, it is all but certain that a win the AAC CCG will place us directly in the crosshairs of Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide for the Cotton Bowl.
I’m curious how the board feels about this opportunity to take it to the Tide and be 2-0 or our more realistic chance that we squander our opportunity at remaining undefeated. I selfishly wish we were matching up against CJH and the Vols - stranger things can still happen to make this a reality!
Being banged up a bit rolling into the CCG with uncertain about both sides of the ball, I’m terrified to have this be our final showing as a G5 program should we survive Tulane.
*still sticking with my guns because if for some inexplicable reason the committee uses their discretionary power to place Alabama in Cotton, it’s nearly impossible*
