Unfortunately George Washington lost to DePaul last week so they fell out of the top 25. It's the last non-conference game of the season. UCF opens up AAC play on Saturday at ECU.

The UCF men’s basketball program closes out its non-conference slate Tuesday night as they welcome George Washington to CFE Arena for a 7 p.m. tip-off. The Knights (6-4) are coming off an overtime victory over Bethune-Cookman, while the Colonials (10-2) visit Orlando after falling to DePaul on the road.

The Black & Gold have been clicking offensively during the month of December with five players averaging double-digit points throughout UCF’s six games. Redshirt sophomore A.J. Davis has been the Knights’ go-to-guy the last six games, averaging 15.5 points, 6.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists this December. As a team, UCF is shooting 49.6 percent from the field and 77.3 percent from the free-throw line this December.
The Knights are 5-1 this December and look to grab their sixth win this month for only the seventh time (eighth if including the vacated 2010 season) in program history.
Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m. at CFE Arena, and the game will be broadcast live on ESPN3.
