***UCF vs Tulsa Game Thread***

This announcing crew is so bad. I've already heard "Tristan Holman", "Golden Knights", and when Trequan Smith just went down after a great catch, they kept talking about landing on his head and shoulder, when he clearly was holding his leg.
underthrew the pass that got Smith hurt, just threw a pick...I've been a Holman supporter but give Harris a chance
Can someone tell me if my sound is behind, or has the Tulsa band been playing while the offense is snapping the ball?

Even these guys were cringing when they found out they had to call this game. A 75% empty stadium hosting the worst team in FBS. Not exactly a recipe for ESPN to send in the A team.
What the hell has happened to Holman's brain? Maybe when we were winning I refused to notice the bad decisions, but they are obvious now. Who ruined him? The positive--NEW STAFF next year!
I'm not a big uniform guy, but ours look terrible and have no flair. Looks like they just took out what was mixed up in the bottom of the laundry basket

3 games to prove to Hitt and the new AD you should be the new coach and you do nothing to make some excitement? And why the crap refs make horrible calls every time we play Tulsa?

all around talentless team! People use the excuse young...im not buying it. There is no speed on either side of the ball. Pass rush is Non-existant. There has been NO improvement in any phase of the game since the start of season...Hopefully the new coach first ALL the staff and start over, including the players. I would re-think all those on scholarship!!
To those boobs who see no talent, 1st thank God you have no job in football, but 2nd are you really that dumb to think that Brandon Marshall, JJ, Godfrey, etc etc etc, were the same players they were the first second they stepped on UCF? Are you really that stupid to think the position coaches didn't have anything to do with their advancement? Are you really that stupid to think that an athlete can't improve over the years.
We recover that football and have to settle for a field goal. What a waste. That was totally on the RBs. They had holes. Geez., make a cutback, make someone miss, break a tackle, outrun someone. Our RBs are slow and robotic. That should have been 7 points in like 2-3 plays.

Well we can see that 2 of the receivers on this team will be part of our future. Payton is best suited as the Rannell Hall jack-of-all trades role in the short and intermediate passing game, while Trequan Smith has the best hands on the team and has turned into a nice possession receiver. No speed though. What we don't have yet is a guy who can take the top off the defense.

Don't mistake timing and route running for speed. Young receivers have things to work on. They have the athleticism and talent.
