They *think* they are hot sh*t right now, but in that portal, they will learn just how cold of a turd they really are.

Lots of these guys have been overhyped by media and the fans. It will show. They will discover just had good they had it at UCF.

The grass ain’t always greener. I get the guys that aren’t getting any playing time. Totally understand MK. I think that ROK could go either way, but it’s a huge gamble. I do get
wanting a different experience or “needing” NIL money to improve life. But being a part of the first BIG XII team is an opportunity to be part of a special experience. I wish them all well, and hope they don’t have huge regrets. UCF will come out fine in the portal exchange.

I wish them all the best. Should any of us be upset if you left our board because you thought you could have it better on another message board? If you feel it is in your best interest to leave, good luck to you and I hope you find happiness. And you probably will, Hugh Freeze can coach. He can call some offense. And he can recruit. I wouldn't blame you if you left and went to the Auburn board. My guess is he wins an SEC title before Gus wins a Big 12 title.

As far as players leaving, why would anyone get upset about the decisions of a 20 year old kid that they don't personally know? If they want to go somewhere else, thank you for coming here and giving it your best. ROK, thank you for the memories, thank you for going nutso on the Gators. But if you can find something else that makes you happy, go for it. Wish you the best! No hard feelings.

There's lots of talent in the Portal. Although you hate to lose starters, we have the opportunity to improve our team with equal or better athletes after the signings are done. JJB and O'Keefe didn't step up when we needed them most in crunch time and Brown struggled as the season progressed. They'll all be replaced with talented players plus we'll add more and better talent to replace the others. The Portal will be a net/net positive. But we still have to replace our seniors, so we need to hit a home run overall in the portal to significantly improve going into the B12, especially on D.
