so I was in Hartford today and thought I would take a detour to see the uconn stadium. As I drove up I noticed the parking lots were in bad shape, poorly striped, asphalt buckling and weeks growing through much of the concrete. I was able to walk right into the stadium and was very under impressed. The walk ways were low, the concourse area was just concrete the scoreboard was adequate but there was no video ribbons, no college atmosphere, nothing. It may be a concrete stadium compared to UCF's metal one but UCF's has character. With the improvements under way at UCF, there is little comparison to uconn' they basically have a slightly better Liberty bowl.
