UF coughs up $20 to pay the feds

Although they didn't admit they did anything wrong, they're paying $20M to the Feds due to billing errors relating to their accounting software and gaps in policies....Interesting. Steroids....Stealing from the taxpayers...that program is becoming the New England Patriots of college sports.
