16 year old with Calvin Johnson height (6'5") and runs the 5th fastest 40 yard dash according to NFL combine history.

He would be the fastest QB ever, fastest tall guy ever in football almost all guys running sub 4.3 are under 6 foot. Calvin was molasses at 4.35 same with Vick at 4.33 as adults.

If he is legit he would be as under the radar as LeBron or Zion was.
