USF brought the Oregon Uniforms, we brought the Oregon Offense.

I think as opposed to under center and hand it off a bunch. This is closer to Oregon than 2010.

Oregon just lost to a pitiful Oregon State program. Conference road/rivalry game. Every other program but UCF never loses any games to "inferior" competition. They win them all....at least you'd swear that based on most of the opinions here.

Oregon State won only 1 game in 2017. 2018 was Jonathan Smith's first year, and he has increased their wins to 2 in 2018 and 5 in 2019. This year they are 2-2. Did you see their RB Jefferson tonight? Would you like to see UCF play Oregon State now?

Oregon State is an improving football team. Yes, they are historically one of the absolute worst teams in the history of major college football. They are in a poor area for local recruiting. They lack the big money support of Phil Knight/Nike. What they have is bright young coach -- a former Beaver QB.

And, for the love of all things holy, "upsets happen" and "the best team does not always win"... blah, blah, blah...

For the last two years, UCF has lost EVERY game against superior opponents. Against inferior opponents, UCF often blows them out with gaudy statistics that are superficially impressive. Yet UCF under Heupel often putzes around with inferior teams, no killer instinct, loses focus. Everyone here knows this. We all have been watching it for the last two years. It will continue next year. The problems run deeper than Shannon. The problems start at the top.

Improving to being poor-to-average? 1, then 2, then 5....and now 2-2. wow, impressive. We can only dream... I've heard of another team that won 0, then 8 games. Another one that won 0, then 6 wins. Another one that won 4 games, then 10. I'm sure this message board would be ecstatic if we could win 1, then 2, then 5 and start the next season 2-2.

I wouldn't want to play them with all thier national pub and prestige. It's inconceivable to think we could beat a program with thier clout.

Wow, the funny thing is that if you turn around Oregon State's W-L progress, it bears a striking resemblance to UCF's L-W "progress". (The 5 will come in a year or two if we are still saddled with Heup).
