For what it's worth, our family friend is in the "insider booster circle" at USF and last night he told me that USF is actively exploring the feasibility of building an OCS on their shitty campus in Temple Terrace.
I guess The Bus Driver isn't too happy that they drew like crap despite winning 8 games and being in the AAC hunt.
He also admitted that The Shaft would never allow them to build something like BHNS since they'd only build something that they could One Up UCF on. Which probably means it won't happen, considering they'd need $150M+ for a stadium like that.
There was ana rticle in the Times last month about an OCS and they basically said it would take city money to help build one and I highly doubt that will happen. Especially when the city just agreed to dump money into RJS for upgrades.
