Costa Rica and Honduras drew while USMNT and our golden boy Pulisic dominated Panama over the weekend.

Now we just need a tie against T&T on Tuesday night and we qualify for Russia 2018! #IBelieveThatWeWillWin

I was there too up in the corner. It was probably 60:40 USanama fans in that section. The Panama fans got really quiet after the 2nd goal. It was an awesome game to attend.

They were - wasn't going to go but there are some perks of having a husband that works for OCSC.

Even being expensive, it was packed. US Soccer put on a real good show too. The fireworks, had a really good DJ at the game. Was all top notch.

That would be shady as hell considering us winning helped Mexico go to the last one. We could have lost and they would have been out.

Awesome game! I was on the right end of the field for 3 of the goals! Expensive but the USMNT only comes around every so often. Worth it.

ive considered that, but i dont think their fans would be happy to see their team lose by that many goals. I mean, maybe if it were a 1 or 2 goal differential, but not that many.

I have a feeling that the USMNT will be back again after the game and the showing of the fans. I just hope its not as expensive.

Yes, they do need 60,000 plus seat stadiums to capitalize revenue and try to meet demand.

USA's 1994 World Cup still holds the largest attendance average for any World Cup (53,592) and odds are, when it comes back, it will do so again.

And like in 1994, bet most of the games are played during the day to maximize European Primetime Television once again...which means scorching temperatures like players and fans dealt with at the Citrus Bowl with games kicking shortly after Noon. (It was so hot and there wasn't any heat/water breaks for players so team managers thru ziplock bags at players who bit into them, for some water and threw bags on the ground).

DYK: In 1994, only 24 teams made it to that World Cup but by 2026, FIFA will expand it to 48 teams....and the best reason to host the WC is you don't need to worry about qualifying, you are automatically in.
