We are getting destroyed in recruiting and now it's starting to show. How much longer is GOL going to keep all the dead weight on his staff that can't recruit and can't coach?

Now we got Mogridge - who is completely worthless. Brent Key could recruit at least somewhat, but now he recruiting less as OC. I believe this is something that is being completely overlooked by GOL, and there is no sense of urgency yet. Mogridge needs to be the sacrificial lamb on Monday. Key can take over the OL, and one of the other position coaches can take over the RB since Key sucks at that job obviously.
