In the video footage, you can see a more developed/stronger McBride (upper body/arms) and it appears he has lost a few more lbs.

Here is a still from that footage, shows his improved upper body:

I like his size at 6'4'' for a guard and he looks smooth out there. Hopefully he can contribute right away. McBride does have more definition in his arms so he does seem to hit the weights. I just want to see that man dominate already!

McBride lead the team last year in points and rebounds per minute.

Hopefully he can stay out of early foul trouble, plus with rotations with Blair and Fall, he can be fresh and go all out for 4-5 min stretches.

(points and rebounds) and blocks per minute.

Yep, that too.

I think sometimes McBride tried to pace himself to stay on the court in addition to his conditioning challenges was also because if UCF weak depth.

This year, with more depth and with McBride improving his conditioning, he can go almost all out for 3-4 muns, get some rest, come back for 3-4 mins, rest again and so on.

Maybe he can average 20 plus mins per game this year.

McBride can average a lot more points if our guards can learn how to make better entry passes into the low post. We have not been good at that for the past couple of years. If they can get the ball to a posted up McBride cleanly, no one will stop his shot. It would simply be a matter of whether he hits it.

He's got good spin moves and a good touch. I'd love to teach him a hook shot.

Hopefully part of his conditioning has made him lighter on his feet. If so, he will be a much bigger force on defense.
