I heard about this.

But after looking into it, i hear it was a robbery. Bad things do sadly happen.

Realtors are usually out there and meeting people sometimes we never met prior. This is why I always meet people in Public places, for both theirs, and my safety. I like to meet people in my office, but if they do not live nearby, I will usually try to meet them at a public place.

I usually actually lock the door, also common sense sometimes when you feel safe, and sometimes when you do not.
Also for Open Houses, usually a good idea, is to meet both neighbors, and make sure, they know about it, but more importantly to have another set of eyes on the house. If they see someone looking suspicious to call me, or 911.
