I agree wholeheartedly....but our AD made the easy hire. Leipold is a great example of a coach moving up in the ranks who has an entire staff to bring with him. They're all on the same page. No dictator, only a smoothly working HC and staff.

It's worse than that. If you look at Mohajir's hires at Arkansas State and UCF he has a habit of hiring coaches that have the same agent Jimmy Sexton.
