Being able to come in here with a good idea of what the undefeated team is use to is a win/win for as much of a seamless change in coaching as possible. He sees their practices, he'll see their workouts, he'll see the bowl game and will be able to communicate with them well in the off season about the reasons for keeping things the same or changing them according to his football philosophy.

In drop back situations, probably. Frost ran the option because he never could really throw.
