This is wildly unrelated to UCF sports, but wtf is going on with Certify? Does anyone else use them for expense processing?
They've apparently had an issue internally (my CFO thinks internal fraud) and they have massively delayed reimbursements.
I am owed like $2500 from expense reports the last few weeks, my coworker has $5k out - it's crazy. My org has had enough and is just cutting employees checks directly which I know will be a big paperwork nightmare for them.
There is NO news about this anywhere which is crazy! Just curious if anyone else uses these clowns? They're a billion dollar company how does this happen?
