Addison helped himself for sure. If the UCF defense travels to Lubbock, it will help his cause further.

The turnovers n red zone defense was big.

It was a complete game by both sides of the ball. The Defense sure did do its part but the offense controlled the ball, took care of it and kept our defense off the field a bit more than usual.

Pressure does good and bad things . If you have been having problems on defense and the offense is having a great game it takes some heat off of you. IF you play tight thinking how you have to stop the other guy for the win its a mental game . Now if the pressure is off some , you don't play so tight and then things often just flow better.

The front 4 and secondary just played a great game from start to finish. They do get a lot of the credit for the win..

Stopping the run definitely set the tone for the game, especially given the hype that their RB had.

Gave up 3 points to one of country’s hottest teams. Obviously we’ve struggled a little bit on defense, but that performance Saturday is as good as it has ever been in Orlando. As a guy who just started posting for a specific purpose a year and a half ago I understand you are not educated about Ucf‘s past history. This is one of multiple staff firings that you advocated for as the season has not finished yet. Makes no sense.

As a guy who just started posting for a specific purpose a year and a half ago I understand you are not educated about Ucf‘s past history. This is one of multiple staff firings that you advocated for as the season has not finished yet. Makes no sense.

After allowing those 3 points, UCF still ranks 71st in Scoring Defense, 98th in 3rd Down Defense, 124th in Rushing Defense, and 96th in Total Defense.

With five losses this season, I would estimate there is a 99% chance that UCF will undergo at least one change in position coach or coordinator.

As a college head coach, Gus Malzahn has had only one season (2013, following a National Championship Game appearance) where his staff experienced no coaching turnover.

Translation: Heads gonna roll.

look if the defense actually continues to perform to end the season there is no way AW isn't coming back as coordinator. you don't promote a guy to learn on the job and then if he actually learns on the job you fire him.
