USF forgot the real season starts today with conference play.
FSU getting punked. We get punked. USF got punked. Miami refs had to check their accounts before the “No catch” call was made. UF got lucky they had a bye week.
Everyone yells at their coach. Bama up by 5 and totally chocking.
Last drive…snapped the ball 3 downs in a row with 20 seconds left on the play clock. Just numb. Probably we’re doing that on previous drives as well.
Georgia just scored again. Wow, what a total choke job. They were up 28-0 at one point, at home.

This conference is still anybody's. Right now BYU feels like they have actual momentum but that could all change next week. They start out 3 of 4 conference games at home, but starting with UCF they are 3 of 4 on the road. Colorado at 2-0 is very suspect. Baylor totally choked. We shit-the-bed against them. Both of Texas Tech's conference wins are at home (They got punked at Wazzou and it took double-OT in week 1 to beat Abilene Christian). 3 of their next 4 are on the road. It always takes 7-8 games to really start to get the picture.
Conference as a whole isn't looking great and if B12 makes a poor showing for the playoffs it's going to start a negative trajectory. A few years of that, and Big 12 will get the reputation PAC12 got before it blew up.
Hard to look at a screen and go, "Wow. FSU just got punked by FSU and is now 1-4, and hosting a hot Clemson team next week." The wheels have really fallen off there. It's going to be even harder to sustain consistency in the NIL era, as the lack of roster consistency destroys or inhibits team development and chemistry. A few "important" NIL guys you get don't pan out and you can be in big trouble.
