So I was checking out the game day rules for 2015, and I see that many of the Gold zone lots will open at 1 pm for the FIU home opener, but the open container waiver doesn't kick in until 4 pm. So 90 minutes or less to pound beers then get inside for the kickoff. I'm scheduled to be on a business trip that day but had planned to take half day off with my work team and have a big kickoff party. I don't remember such a large disconnect in opening vs waiver times in previous years, is this new in 2015 for weekday games or business as usual?
