Im not trying to be all doom and gloom with the recent de-commitments because I think we’ll be okay in the end, but I’m just wondering where is UCF failing to secure recruits and build the class? I know we’re in a talent rich state with a lot of competition with the big 3, but is it just the facilities and name brand that makes it hard for us to secure the big recruits compared to others?

History. Prestige. Boosters. Take your pick.

Bigger stadiums made of concrete. Packed stadiums every Saturday. National championships. More players in the NFL.

...none of which ain't getting built over night, so focus must remain on flashy differentiators:
-Keep up with unique (IE space theme) Uni combos
-FL/Resort theme:
i.e. Lazy River hell, build a water park for the athletes.
-Expand ties with the Parks, maybe NASA
-The QR code was clever, perhaps can tie in NIL advertisements / $ per QR scan....

...schit like that

Amen! And on the field, UCFast was a true differentiator. Continue to use it strategically as it ties in to the talent that is rich in Florida.

More women cheerleaders...are we allowed to use the term woman on this site?

Seriously, more victories because winning makes everything better :)

UCF needs more and better positive media coverage. Essentially we have none whereas you look at other schools they are heavily covered in print and online media. Bianchi don't count.

We have a bunch now. It used to be only Brandon and he only cares about charging for info. There are 5 other people right now that give out info all the time. It’s a thousand times better than it was even 6 years ago.

If you wanted rivals to blast advertisements and pop-ups all over the place it could be free.

Bagmen and big oil type money. There is a reason TAMU will have the a great class and it's not Jimbo.

History. University Money. Prestige. Booster Money. NIL money. Better stadium. Better football facilities (ops building, lockeroom, weight room, coaches offices, indoor practice facility).

mostly money and I think before we were kind of brushed off from rivals but now I think we get a lot of negative recruiting against us

Look to your right. That thing selling LG products is called an ad. Point being, sounds off, easy to ignore, would be fine with 2 or more ignorable ads for content.
