of no more than 20 million For all players. Pick your own dollar number.
As for the portal; the portal shall be open only from May 1 to June 1 each year (after spring training). Players may not enter the portal more than 3 times in their 5 years of eligibility (includes red shirt year).
This would at least have a more equitable and level playing field for recruiting, provide planning numbers for schools, and give coaches a better grasp
of portal movement. Just my opinion, but this s*it needs to settle down. Chaos sucks, except for entropy, but that’s a different discussion.
