Key is a disgrace and doesn't belong on this program. None of these coaches do.
To all the UCF apologists, I hope you eat crow for the rest of the season. This is not how an up and coming team who just won a Fiesta Bowl two years ago plus a contender to move to the P5 plays.

You guys are both fools. If you want to argue the FIU game, that's something. But the Stanford came is something completely different. You cannot throw the same playbook at the 2nd and 3rd string like you can Holman or Stanback.
But thanks for telling our lettermen that you don't think they can win against Furman. You both are insults to our student-athletes and really should recognize what you're telegraphing. Yes, you have a problem with the coaches. But you also expect way too much of others ... and you're willing to give up on our players.

I never called for promoting Key, so let's get that straight.
Yes, I will staunchly defend promoting within the program, and will continue to do so. I hate the idea of "clearing house." It will destroy what makes UCF "different."
But after 2 games ... it's amazing how much people want to blame all sorts of things on people and say other BS. Especially this game.

Oh get over yourself. Youre insulting the Furman players for thinking they cant beat us considering we lost to one middle of the road CUSA team and was treated like a warm up squad tonight.
What makes UCF different? Losing to pathetic teams? I guess we can agree on something. Cleaning house would get rid of what makes us "different" and that is precisely what we need. We want to be the "same" as programs that have more success than we have.
All I will say is Kansas fans wanted to "clean house" when Mark Mangino had a rough end of conference schedule. The university cleaned house and over the last 5+ seasons KU has been the worst power 5 team, and is on pace to be the worst power 5 program of all time.
No dumbass. That was because Mangino hit a kid and there were reports about him hurling homophobic abuses at all his players. But thanks for making yourself look foolish.
If Mangino hadn't had a rough end to the conference season people wouldn't have wanted him fired and they wouldn't have fired him. I know exactly what happened, thank you for making yourself look foolish.
I don't think the defense has looked bad through the first two games. I have no issues with Bresnahan yet. We can win games with this defense. The offense is completely inept and is the glaring deficiency on the team.
The Defense has been good enough, that with a little offensive help they will be ok. Way to early to judge Key. He has had the job for 2 games. Heck we were playing 2 frosh Qbs, A frosh RB, 6 WR with one game under them and I think on Frosh on Oline. You don't run a creative offense under those conditions, You keep it simple, and try to do what they can do. Lets see where they are in 5 or 6 weeks. As bad as last knight was, tons of kids got playing time. That pays off down the road.

Wasn't Key behind the playcalling the second part of last year with Taafe there for guidance? I read something to that extent. He has some experience from last year. He's also assistant head coach. Why is the no OC experience excuse used to push the Key agenda when its apparently not true?
