I disagree with a lot of those things too. However - one has a much more isolationist and violent tone to it. Banning an entire religion from entering the country? Building a giant wall to keep the "illegals" out?

Yes someone that crosses a border illegally is breaking the law. Hence they are illegal. Try to go to France or Germany or Canada illegally and let me know what happens.

Why do you put illegals in quotes? There is a goddam law here- you either come legally or not. I don't agree an actual wall is needed but STOP trying to hide what they are- illegal immigrants who bypass the stated Federal Law of this nation that comprises the foundation of our borders!!!

Yes, they are illegal. However I think our immigration laws are horrible and need to be changed.

I don't think anyone disagrees that the immigration laws suck, just like lots of laws suck, but that doesn't mean you don't follow them. I personally think our income tax laws suck and would love to not have to pay income taxes, but that doesn't mean I can ignore the law and not expect consequences.

No - there needs to be some sort of actual immigration reform. People should obviously come here legally. My husband happen to be brought here without a choice. He is working member of society and I don't think he should be rounded up and shipped off because of someone elses decisions.

Rounding up everyone and kicking them out is not the solution - you all should be smart enough to know that.
