Plan is to get in about 3 hours of tailgating pre-game. Not ideal, but with a noon kickoff, and coming in from out of town, probably the best I can hope for. I found this parking lot that allowed me to pre-buy a pass online for $22:

Select "State Newspaper Parking." Lot looks clean, not too far from the stadium, and has bathrooms. If you end up parking here, stop by and say "hello!" I'll be in a black UCF #32 jersey and will likely be behind the grill.
