Getting myself ready for tomorrow's SMU vs UCF MBB game by watching ESPN Pony Express.
Days ago I posted the article about FSU's Rising Spear and UF's Gator Collective plus UCF is trying to have its own.
This reminds me exactly of the Pony Express of SMU with boosters literally paying the athlete to come to the school and meet the pay roll months by months.
The only difference is that the school can seriously do it legally nowadays.
Will the NIL work? I know NCAA is investigating Miami for its wrong NIL practices.
Also the new movie National Champions went on screen last month. The athletes are seriously asking for money to play in the NCAA.
This could become the wild and wild west. And will it work? Will the NCAA lose control and every school starts to cheat and the only difference NOW is that they can do it legally
How are we going to FIX the problem or potential problem?
