First Manning, now Henry...

For those that missed it ...

'Henry, 39, previously made headlines in 2015 by becoming the first active U.S. Army officer to come out as transgender.'

To start, I really don't think Russia would be as 'accommodating' as the US is when it comes to transgender and serving in the Russian military. I don't think people realize how this only hurts those Transgender who serve, and the continued 'hatred' of the US by these few is rather 'misguided' considering how the other countries they are serving view Transgender individuals.

Secondly, we'll also see if Henry becomes 'special interest' case after the military is done with her, like Manning was (President Obama really offended both parties with that one). Manning has been basically 'blacklisted' from most 'cleared' events, as other presenters and speakers -- of both parties -- refuse to attend any conference with her.

Third, we now have to ask the honest, objective question... is there an increase of hatred of the US, and their oaths, for some cultures and individuals who associate as specific groups? I hate to be blatantly non-PC, but, yes, we have to... because when it comes to clearances and privileges, yes, profiling is very much done, and very much required, and that will always be the case. Always.

So...

Serious Q: Shoulder Transgender now be considered 'Higher Risk' for Cleared and other Priviledged and Trusted Access in Government, Defense? It would be interesting to not only look at the 'statistics' now, but ... if it's coming up.

As I've long stated ... Manning really hurt Transgenders serving, especially after her sentence was commuted, but when she was held in contempt and argued she was 'too fragile' from gender resignment surgery to serve in jail (so what about combat readiness?). And now Henry makes that even worse.

If you voluntarily mutilate your own body, not only are you "high risk", then you need to be Baker Acted.
I have no problem with Transgender individuals, either before or after [optional] gender reassignment surgery, or at any point in between. They are my fellow Americans and I wish them happiness. I've only been critical of the near order of a magnitude jump in minor transitions, especially given most states don't require any therapist or other evaluation.

Here in the US, the military option for healthcare is a viable route, given the US doesn't have some sort of universal healthcare. That's why it's of interest in here in the US, wherease other countries with universal healthcare don't have this issue ... even if they don't allow Transgender individuals to serve (especially after gender reassignment surgery).

But I am wondering if we're looking at a new level of profiling that will likely be coming down the pike. And yes, it's not only allowed, but encouraged from a risk standpoint. People who are entrusted are a problem when they are not loyal. If they don't like that, then choose not to be so entrusted.

I wish Manning would have not.

This stupid thread reminds me of the detestable crap Crazyhole used to pull here by starting threads linking articles about crimes committed by ..... gasp! ..... Black men!!!! ACK! Protect Your Women and Children!!!*

Now UCFBS and his ilk would have us all believe that those evil Transgendered people are not only 'pushing their agendas' on the rest of us, they're more than likely to be traitors to our country!

If you haven’t noticed, BS is stupid. That’s why he makes stupid threads. Cause and effect.

Hey, ****tard ... 'profiling' is done -- and required -- when it comes to security clearances! Seriously ... don't be a 3rd grader. Be intelligent in your response.

I.e., We're not talking everyday citizens. We're not talking everyday freedom. We're talking people who choose to obtain national security and other 'privileged' access.

President Obama already debunked the GOP argment that it's a 'fiscal burden' for the military to support Transgender's who serve ... it's not. That argument has long died.

The 'new' argument had been that it's a 'readiness issue.' -- which our own NATO allies also share. I.e., most NATO allies do not let Transgenders serve in their militaries, at least not combat roles, post-gender reassignment surgery. Here in the US, the verdict is still out on that one, but Manning certainly didn't help Transgenders in that regard ("too weak to serve time in jail"). And now we have ...

A growing concensus that Transgenders are a greatly increased 'privilege' risk! That one right there might keep Transgenders from serving without a very clean record. It's the same scrutiny radicals go through, whether creed or religion.

Sorry ... but that's 'profiling,' and yes ... it's required. Don't like it? Do not serve in the military, which requires at least a lower DoD security clearance.

One of these days @DaShuckster ... you're actually use your brain and read what I posted, and not the ****ing asshole bullshit you always pull with me, and utterly misconstrue what I actually posted. That is literally why I'm cursing at you, because you're consistently an asshole to me, or anyone else you want to 'label,' wrongly, in anything we post.

I'm pro-Transgender you ****ing asshole! I'm just not an argumentive **** like you. I'm not an 'ashamed, recovering' Reagan and/or W. authoritarian, pro-war-hawk, turned Progressive, anti-freedom, sheep like yourself. You are literally the type of Illiberal Progressive that is destroying this country.

I'm a classic Liberal. You don't understand us any more. You never did when you were a Conserative either.

Now UCFBS and his ilk would have us all believe that those evil Transgendered people are not only 'pushing their agendas' on the rest of us, they're more than likely to be traitors to our country!
When it comes to security clearances ... there's good evidence, yes. Sorry, but I'm not having the 'Woke' argument you want, but the 'real' one that exists.

Remember ****tard, I 100% support Transgender service in the US military, even more than many of our own NATO allies, of which the US has gone 'more Progressive' than many of them now.

But Manning and now Henry, have destroyed a lot of the defaults in 'risk assessment.'

If you haven’t noticed, BS is stupid. That’s why he makes stupid threads. Cause and effect.
You are incapable of any, intellectual debate.

You repeatedly discredited yourself in the vaccine threads, along with most others. At least @Ucfmikes admits he hasn't read a single, ****ing expert I've ever posted. I have to respect him for that, and why he's never admitted he's been completely wrong as a result.

If you do the same, I'd respect you too. But because you just act like a 3rd grader, and don't bother to even look at what I posted, and the argument I'm making, and regurgitate utterly bullsh-- that I never stated ... it's obvious what your agenda is.

If it were up to me, I would have every single one of these trans freaks locked up in mental institutions. Oh boy, if I were only King for a day....I would clean this shit up right quick.

Point out where I ever said profiling shouldn't be done. But there's a Grand Canyon-wide difference between appropriate profiling and automatically classifying somebody as a 'potential traitor' because of their sexual orientation as you inferred with your OP.
I'm pro-Transgender you ****ing asshole!
OF COURSE! You literally ooze your staunch pro-transgender support! That's plain for everybody here to see.

LOL. Yeah, you gave us two transgendered female examples out of 6,000 or so transgenders in the US military. And FWIW, there are significantly more transgendered men in the military than women. The ones I've seen look to me like they could seriously kick some butt on behalf of my country!!!

At least the Conservatives aren't calling for insults and censorship like Progressives.

Oh no, I want leftists to have their say because every time they do they make asses of themselves. Now, when to comes to all of the death threats, that shit needs to be investigated and people need to get arrested. On both sides.

Hundreds of Millions of People Have Safely Received a COVID-19 Vaccine

More than 558 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine had been given in the United States from December 14, 2020, through March 21, 2022. To view the current total number of COVID-19 vaccinations that have been administered in the United States, please visit the CDC COVID Data Tracker.
COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective. COVID-19 vaccines were evaluated in tens of thousands of participants in clinical trials. The vaccines met the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA’s) rigorous scientific standards for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality needed to support emergency use authorization (EUA). Learn more about EUAs in this video.external icon
The Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson/Janssen COVID-19 vaccines will continue to undergo the most intensive safety monitoring in US history. This monitoring includes using both established and new safety monitoring systems to make sure that COVID-19 vaccines are safe.

Common Side Effects

After COVID-19 vaccination, some people may feel ill, with symptoms like fever or tiredness for a day or two after receiving the vaccine. These symptoms are normal and are signs that the body is building immunity. Some people have no side effects. Others have reported common side effects after COVID-19 vaccination, such as:
  • Swelling, redness, and pain at the injection site
  • Fever
  • Headache
  • Tiredness
  • Muscle pain
  • Chills
  • Nausea

Serious Safety Problems Are Rare

In rare cases, people have experienced serious health events after COVID-19 vaccination. Any health problem that happens after vaccination is considered an adverse event. An adverse event can be caused by the vaccine or can be caused by a coincidental event not related to the vaccine.

IT

Stands for "Information Technology," and is pronounced "I.T." It refers to anything related to computing technology, such as networking, hardware, software, the Internet, or the people that work with these technologies. Many companies now have IT departments for managing the computers, networks, and other technical areas of their businesses. IT jobs include computer programming, network administration, computer engineering, Web development, technical support, and many other related occupations. Since we live in the "information age," information technology has become a part of our everyday lives. That means the term "IT," already highly overused, is here to stay.
