We are thankful for the Dungeon members who have trusted us with their valuable vacation time. You guys are the best. I have been in the vacation rental business now for over 22 years. For nearly 2 decades we had a local manager who sold her business to Vacassa which is a huge national vacation company We have tolerated for 4 years really bad service out of my loyalty to the previous owner who sold her business to Vacassa.
We are turning a page in our business and have partnered with Watershed Cabins in Bryson City . Now our partners are all local from bookings to maintenance. So, in the short run , like a week or so, our homes won't be on VRBO or Air BNB until we get a few things completed like the photography. One of the best features of our new partners is they don't charge ridiculous fees for the home having a hot tub. That's a $250 savings to every guest right off the bat. If you have stayed with us before ,fear not , Bear Necessities and Bears Den are still available,but now with fresh faces who are local and call these mountains home . As always we will help Dungeon members out.
