We seem to come out flat way too often. But flat for an entire game like yesterday is inexcusable. We need a couple of rock-solid consistent leaders on the court and I'm afraid they don't exist right now on this team. The PGs (especially our senior leader) are unreliable, the shooters inconsistent and the big men are not good offensively. Could they improve...yes...but that would take better coaching and changes to our approach to games with players showing a real commitment to winning at all costs, wouldn't it? Johnny's approach is at a crossroads for sure.
