I'm talking fitbit, jawbone and all that crap. Which one do you guys use? I have an S5 and I'm using the Samsung Health app. Willing to spend between $50-$100.
I gave you a topic, now, discuss.

Of course, dude!!!! I'll have Lisa pick you up some Popeye's on the house, stretch. We got Jawbone at work for our Christmas gift in 2014. I used it for six weeks, and found out I walk around 14 miles a day.
If you want it, I can ship it to you for free.
Yeah, I know nothing about them. Do you have to wear them all the time or just when you don't wear your phone? How does the friggin thing even work anyways? Is it x86 Windows wireless container based?I'm interested in the same thing. My dad got a fitbit and raves about it. I'll admit I know nothing about this technology; but, ideally, I'd want one that included a couple/few gigs of storage so that I could use it as a music player. Problem is - from the research I've done - they all seem to be a little cumbersome. Granted, not as big as the phone I usually use while running; but, too big to wear to bed.
My vivo is blue tooth so you can leave the phone and sync later, also has a 7-8 battery which i likeBut do you have to have these things and the phone on you for them to work or can you go for a run without the phone and when you get back the info just syncs via bluetooth or something?
Agree. You're beyond fattie so there's no need.Only fatties need that crap.
Yeah, but it makes it a bit easier to set up goals with tangible data.I don't know about these things, but eat good food and be active and you don't have to waste money on gadgets to tell you to get off your ass. Just my opinion.
I was mostly kidding - of course i'd never use it.Yeah, but it makes it a bit easier to set up goals with tangible data.
Like, right now, I don't track food or water or sleep on the Samsung Health app. I set up a goal to be more active so the app tracks my daily routine and tells me when I've reached a minimum of 60 minutes of phisical activity, which can be as easy as walking but I actually wasn't achieving. It also counts steps, which is kind of a fun way to create a bet-against-yourself kinda game.
Basically, I'm trying to become my own Tagamochi, mainly because I can.
