Alec Baldwin is innocent

You mean not check the gun? Sorry, but mandatory industry practices and manslaughter doesn't require intent either, just negligence. There is plenty of negligence on Baldwin here.
Okay, you've made your case. Does this mean you'll be shocked and outraged when manslaughter charges aren't filed against him?

He might not get charged in court but he is to blame.
No one is arguing with you that Baldwin and the other producers should be held responsible for the production's numerous f*k-ups.
He was the one that pointed the gun...
According to Baldwin, he was pointing the gun at the direction of the cinematographer who was framing a shot.
and fired.
According to Baldwin, it was a misfire. If you're a DA hellbent on charging him with manslaughter, where is your evidence? How do you plan to convince a jury?

I've said all along that, as an actor holding a supposed 'play gun,' he won't be charged with manslaughter when a fatal accident happens on the movie set. I got a chorus of 'but, but, but's' from our Usual Suspects in response because, you know, it was that "lefty a-hole," ALEC BALDWIN!!.

But I'm guessing when charges aren't filed against him as the actor on set, we'll hear crickets.

Oooooooooh, legalinsurrection says Baldwin's interview REINFORCES Huthcins' death as involuntary manslaughter!!!!

Isn't this the same legalinsurrection website that opined that the State's closing argument in the McMichaels' trail was "frantic, pleading, and desperate"?
