Amazon is buying Whole Foods for $14B

Two stores within 3 miles is oversaturation. It's only a matter of time before it kills them, it's just the nature of business. I'm not hating on Publix. They'll make loads of money while they last. They have a great reputation and excellent customer service and that is worth a lot. I dropped a bag with a six pack of Fat Tire a few months ago and they wouldn't leave me alone. It was 100% my fault and they went and got me another six pack and cleaned up my mess before I had the new beer in my hand.
Fat Tire is the same beer my wife likes.

After picking up this recipe at WF lately, hope Amazon will now add more in the future.

Who T F actually eats kale? Tastes like chit. I would guess Chemster eats it because it's trendy and liberal, but he is way too fat to be a kale muncher.

Or you can go to Walmart Neighborhood Market for 1.99/# boneless skinless chicken breasts everyday of the week.
Walmart 's $1.99lb chick breast is garbadge and the breast and packaging is filled with water to add extra weight. Don't let them fool you, you are getting less for less.

Just like the pink slim in their ground beef.........Gross

Just heard this might be last week special for Fresh Market $2.99 Hormone free Skinless Chicken Breast.

New special sale price will be $3.99

This is my CSH moment but here it goes- my wife has gone to a pescatarian diet since her doctor suggested to stop eating meat to help with her chronic migraines. There is research out there suggesting the amount of hormones and shit they put in mass market meat is a nightmare for migraine control.

She's been pescatarian for 5 months and her migraines are nearly gone. Or at least way down.

Long story short- the meat you buy is often horomone riddled shit. I still eat meat but only buy horomone free from quality local stores.

I could live as a pescatarian. If I could catch enough fish to feed me I absolutely would be. Chicken, steaks and ribs are great but nothing beats a fresh caught fish.

Using a quality fishing rod and reel will help you. I caught enough fish Friday to feed my whole family for a week.

Weird.

On Walmart grocery I see $3.49/lb for 1-2lbs of chicken breasts. You get to $1.99/lb when you buy 10+ lbs.

Also, Walmart is gross. I'll pay an extra dollar or two to not ever go into that store.

Farm raised fish usually aren't any prize, especially the salmon. You need to be smart about that as well as mercury levels.

I'll give Nugent credit for all his hunting rhetoric, at least it's clean meat.

The mercury concerns are a bit overblown though. My dad is 71 and ate fish his entire life, since his doctors made him avoid red meat since my family had a history of heart disease. Only now did he have to cutback on the large white fish since he has an overzealous doctor- so now he just eats shellfish who don't live long and have low mercury.

I'd rather chance it with mercury than deal with clogged arteries from eating tons of red meat.

The best part of a mainly vegetarian wife is an excuse to eat Indian food a lot. I could eat it every day.
