Yes I can, but 50% was the law at that time. You have to run with the laws as they are written at the time. Bottom line is the people of Florida Amended the Constitution of the state to require 60%. The people of Florida wanted to make it harder and they did. They passed that amendment under the law of that time. If the want to go back to 50% or set a new 75% requirement they can do that.
