Anyone know how an agent contract impacts…

Hypothetically, if Gus were to retire - would he still owe his agent some sum of money?

I would think this could heavily impact his willingness to depart or his agent’s feeling on Gus stepping away.

I’m sure the answer is likely, it depends on the agent and the contract - but just wondering if someone has any knowledge on what or if there is a “typical” retirement clause.
