She did exactly what she was supposed to do. By Convention rules, every candidate who reaches a certain delegate threshold require a nomination. It isnt her fault you guys dont understand how conventions work.

Once again you're partially right but very wrong. Yes, it was a formality. Yes, she could have at least thrown a bone to the actual party nominee whom she barely even acknowledged while throwing around the usual insane socialist talking points and droning on about "colonization".
They gave her 1 minute because she's a lunatic but most of the Democratic Party is now occupied by socialists and lunatics, so she decided to use that 1 minute to remind Biden that those lunatics still have a voice and a vote.

It didnt have to be AOC obviously, but someone had to, so that is who they chose to do it. You guys are acting like it was a rebellious act, or just trying to bring attention to herself or whatever, when in reality what she did was required by the convention, and the DNC knew (and likely even asked her, or she asked them) she was going to nominate Sanders.
