Apple loves terrorists

Bob, they want a back door, dont be stupid. In the time its taken them to bring this to court, they could have easily cracked the encryption. You are naive if you think otherwise.

Maybe the FBI is full of C students.

Did u peep my McAfee vid - he'd have the phone done in 3 weeks without giving up the backdoor which most old people don't comprehend. This is just a côck measuring contest.

Most tech bloggers with a brain I've read have declared McAfee's claim to be a wad of bullshit. He's also a conspiracy theorist nut, thus you love him.

McAfee is definitely crazy, but his claim isnt too far off.

The FBI is not dumb despite the nut's attempt to make you believe this. It's insane to think that they haven't already quietly solicited hackers far better than McAfee to get into the phone and get the data that they need. If no one has been able to do it yet, then it's not feasible to think this nut is going to do it in 3 weeks or less.

McAfee might be crazy, but when it comes to computers hes not. Seriously, if the FBI hasnt already broken the encryption by now, that is sad. Shouldve just asked for help from the NSA.

On Tuesday, Comey said the FBI is asking for access to that specific phone but understood the decision would set a precedent for similar cases.

Asked how many iPhones the FBI would like Apple to unlock, Comey said he could not name a number but that there were "a lot" of phones that hold information needed for law enforcement investigations.

Don't become a terrorist and you won't have to worry about the FBI wanting your phone cracked.

Or wrongly accused.
See, bob doesnt get that this fight isn't about the FBI cracking your phone. Its about the local police/sheriffs doing it. If the FBI wins, it will have a terrible effect. Let me spell this out for you. You are an idiot if you dont think theyve already cracked the encryption by now. This is a fight to keep your privacy. This is about keeping your rights as a citizen.

Here is a small hint bob, its never a good idea to consent to a search. The search can never help you.

Just stop. McAfee ran a company that made antivirus software. That does not make him some uber hacker that can crack any security by any means.

Why don't they cut the terrorist's finger and unlock the phone with it?

And there should be legal precedent. Apple is essentially marketing their phones to criminals and terrorists with the encryption they're putting on these phones. 99% of town/city/county police departments don't have the resources to get into these phones.

I think their marketing them non-criminals who don't want their data stolen.

The best part is Apple now wanting the FBI to tell them how they cracked the phone, so they can prevent it from happening in the future.

Can't they just use the owner's finger to unlock the iphone? Could be a problem with suicide bombers.
