Hasn't been an AAC let alone P6 for years. He may have said we'd join an AQ Conference but not make our conference the same as the others.

You can put it on stickers, billboards, TV commercials, tweet it, facebook it, etc...but until that kind of money and access becomes a reality it's just wishful thinking.

Funny how the AAC has been stripped of its best football coaches, but suddenly has several of the greatest hoops coaches around. Hall of Fame types. What a startling contrast! That kinda coaching talent will not only improve the AAC's basketball claims to P7 (including the Big East, of course), but also the AAC schools' consideration for P5 expansion. An alternative is if Oklahoma (and a couple others) flee the Big 12, for the AAC and Big 12 to merge into a 16 team conference.

I pretty much tell people weekly that the AAC is in the P6. If I say it makes it #UCFact
