At least Obama is being honest now

And what exactly does that have to do with the conversation on hand?

Too much evidence that this deal sucks, so changing the subject?

Fear monger away. You've lost, and the world is better off for it.
So in the past theyve come out and said they want nuclear bombs. Now they have an agreement that allows them to have complete oversight on investigations involving nuclear bombs. They can defer for quite awhile, giving themselves ample opportunity to move items around. Then they are the ones that say hey, dont worry, we didnt find anything.

How is that a good thing? No deal is better than the current deal.

What you're repeating here is a falsehood. This latest AP story is having holes shot in it left and right, because it was completely misleading. It read like a propaganda piece the first time I read it and the IAEA's response has essentially confirmed it was.

The conservative news sources aren't going to touch the IAEA's response, but it's out there if you're interested.

So much fear and misinformation around this deal. Americans gobble it up, but nobody else is.

Let's see, when this entire process began, Obama promised:

Snap inspections would be mandatory for an agreement. FALSE
Iran would in no way be able to self inspect or ban military site inspections. FALSE
There would be no lifting of the ballistic missile restrictions. FALSE

Those are not "small details", those are major f*cking lies and/or failures that are now being rammed through.

EE is also on board with Mr False Choice in making a false choice. "Support this shitty deal or US troops die in war! and soon!". Amazing how "false choices" are bad things, until of course they're used for political gain and OK again.

Now we know that the Russians will have their advance ground to air missiles in Iran before this deal is even finalized, meaning either way, Iran will have a deterrent from air attacks on their facilities. No deal? Fine by them. Deal? Even better, they get economic windfalls and they'll have cover to eventually cheat.

Rohani is the guy who boasted on Iranian media about how well he deceived inspectors during past sanctions. This is our "trusted partner" in all of this. Yet EE, who lives in delusional fantasy land, thinks this guy is totally trust worthy and we're just idiots for questioning the deal, or who it's being made with.

Oh- and today the IDF pinned the latest rocket attacks into Israel on the Iranian Quds forces in Lebanon. Yay!

Keep on bloviating.

Meanwhile, I'll trust basically all of our allies in the world (sans Netanyahu) and the IAEA over the purchased liars in congress. I'll you rejoin the conversation in 10 years when Iran is further from a weapon than ever. By that time maybe the GOP propaganda purchasers will have the piss stains cleaned from their underwear?

How many oil rigs do you own Wayne?

Again, I ask, what f*cking fantasy land do you live in?

Every ally we have in the Middle East, the area for which Iran actually poses an immediate threat, is against this deal. In the most rare of occasions, the Arabs and Jews are completely in agreement that this deal sucks. They're begging us not to make this deal, yet you think it's just peachy because a few indifferent European nations and our foes on the UN Security Council are OK with it.

But hey, Russia, China, and France are on board, so it's great! Never mind the fact that Russia and China can't wait to drop sanctions because they have no issue with Iranian aggression and want to strike business deals ASAP.

Plenty of U.S. industries want in on the new opportunties as well.

There's one and only one industry that sees more threat than opportunity. They might be powerful one, but they're not going to win. Sorry.

Middle Eastern allies have the same agenda as GOP senators, more control over oil prices, less competition on service contracts.

What does this even mean? You incoherently blab so often that I have no idea what I'm reading.

Your view on foreign policy reads like you're perpetually f*cked up on drugs.

Yea, that's called not letting yourself hear what you don't want to hear.

Pretty clear what I said: an open Iran presents a lot of new business opportunities to U.S. firms as well. Not sure how I can possibly make that any more clear.

If you couldn't connect the dots on the 2nd statement and figure out the industry I was referring to is the oil industry (when half of the thread has been about the impact an open Iran has on the industry), that's on you.
