Athletes only died suddenly thread

At least fifth runner in Tennessee to drop dead. Looks like Tennessee caught a hot lot. Praying for all the victims. The lean athletic types and African Americans seemed to get it the worst šŸ™

Indeed, I'd be interested in knowing what lot they received ... especially if it was an early one with known, substandard vials.

That's what got tens of millions of Germans before the yields came up, and the EMA allowed many substandard vials to ship, but they were supposed to be only for the elderly 60+.

Well I can tell you the mother-in-law got the notoriously hot E lot.

Just look at the bio distribution for blood, plasma and bone marrow. There's your answer to what caused the mutation and the ensuing blood cancer

Wow, I looked that up.

Wow, I looked that up.

Yep, those were the first lots after they did the bait and switch on the purified versus contaminated product. All the healthcare workers likely got the same thing. I really feel bad for the white coats šŸ˜¢

Those initial batches were super potent, and likely super dirty. I don't think they had any QA in place at all when they ramped production on those early batches. Those lots McKernan et. al looked at were from much later batches

The good news is that pharma has many expensive on-patent RX, that do work to some degree for this type of cancer šŸ’°

Yep, they got absolutely ****ed. I always knew that.

Yep. They were only supposed to be given to 60+, if not older. Yield is yield, whether we're talking drugs/vaccines or semiconductor IC/rocket engines. I have this conversation to people regularly.

They think 2,000 vials for a trial are going to be no better than 200,000,000 for the general population.

Indeed!
