In Zones 6,7 and 3 Atlanta Police officers have left their zones and turned in their keys. Well time to see what happens next

The police feel blatant hypocrisy when the DA charges two cops with Aggravated Assault for using their tasers on protesters/rioters and then when a suspect tries to use It on them they get fired and charged with felony murder

All Atlanta officers should quit. They want chud rule anyway. Charging that cop is a disgrace.
Will be interesting to see how my city nearby reacts. We are probably the closest suburb to ATL. Thankfully our mayor is a conservative who doesnt run the police under the bus

Imagine for a second: Dementia Joe is the top of the ticket and the VP pick is Keisha Lance Bottoms because she is a black woman (instant qualifier for dems). Now Keisha has run off the police force of Atlanta and the people who suffer most are inner city Atlanta residents.

Trump will be re-elected in a landslide folks

Biden does love his Bottoms

More cry baby bullshit. Mad that their mcmuffin was late.

So you won’t admit or call out the blatant hypocrisy that a taser was a deadly weapon a week ago When the cops deployed It but not now when a suspect used It towards cops? Its okay If you’re just as hypocritical as DA’s office.

Cause now you’re backed into being a hypocrite or admitting that the suspect used a deadly weapon as quoted by the DA a week earlier and lethal force was justified.

I only want to know what it is legally described as under Georgia law.

Did you miss the part where the District Attorney said "a taser is a deadly weapon under Georgia Law"

Unless of course the District Attorney doesn't know the laws and then just charged someone improperly.

So I ask again, did this suspect use a deadly weapon against cops and therefore was shot legally, or is the DA trumping the charges against the Cops last week because a taser is not a deadly weapon and this cop was wrong for shooting the suspect.

You can't dodge the question.

I know what he said but that's not what the law says.

So the District Attorney is wrong. Which means he doesn't have a comprehension of the law. Therefore his charges against the cops last week saying they used a deadly weapon for an aggravated assault is wrong. Is that what you are admitting? Don't weasel away. Either the DA is wrong, and the charges are wrong against the cops. Or he's right and this dude was legally killed.

any object, device, or instrument which, when used offensively against a person, is likely to or actually does result in serious bodily injury

Taser is not likely to and didnt actually result in serious bodily injury.

The police can use deadly force in order to save the officers life or someone else's life. If this officer didnt immediatly find that his or someone else's life was at immediate risk, he was wrong to shoot. A man with a no longer functional taser, fleeing from you, with no weapon to put you at risk is not a justified use of deadly force.

Okay, so then why did he charge the two officers with Aggravated Assault since they used a deadly weapon. As he stated above. So you would agree the charges against those two officers should be dismissed based on your stance of the taser is not a deadly weapon as defined by GA Law. And therefore this DA wrongfully charged two innocent cops.

You're not going to get to have this both ways. Either you have to admit the DA was wrong against those officers, or this guy dying was okay because he had a deadly weapon. There's no way both scenarios are okay based on the DA's statement.

Or the DA is wrong in both cases. The taser is a non-lethal weapon in the first case. In the second case, the weapon does not need to be a deadly weapon, especially since the guy tried to take the firearm off of one of the officers, which is an attempt to use deadly force in and of itself.

The question to ask yourself is why this particular DA is so hell-bent on stretching the law to charge police at this very moment in time.

The real question to ask yourself is why this particular poster is so hell-bent on defending murdering police officers?

If these incidents were so cut and dried, why are both officers in jail right now awaiting trail? Let me guess: Cater-to-the-mob DAs?

Why do you keep talking about stuff that you're clueless about?
