The tv announcers who usually just spew propaganda can’t even hide how bad a coach Gus is yet Bianchi and Daniels continue to be condescending bc a fanbase doesn’t want a 6 win ceiling
Bianchi writes and says stuff to get your attention and it's worked. Daniels works for the school he can't outright say anything too negative. But this teams sucks. Specials teams all season is a disaster, miss management of the roster, head scratching offensive play calls, blow leads, losing steaks, and de-commits. I'm not spoiled but I expect for out of a guy making a couple mill a year to basically win 4 games. Gus needs to go its time for a change.
I see you've humbled yourself around here lately and cut out all the trolling and Miami trash talk. The board is better as a result. Good job. Keep it up.
I hate to say this but, he is mostly right.
The same people screaming for Gus's head were screaming for Heupel's. Look at what he has done at Tenn. We have the 2nd smallest budget in the B12, we are in 2nd year of Power football, and are expected to be at or near the top of the league.
I don't know if Gus is the answer, but fan expectations are not realistic with where we are today. Our facilities are not yet top notch, they will be soon, $$$ isn't good by P 3-4 standards not to say anything of P2.

The Heupel analogy is not fair to the fans either. Heupel just wasn’t a fit here and it was true he wasn’t trying to recruit area HS. Also the timing of NIL becoming legal helped him a lot at Tennessee..I did not see him being as successful there with the old rules.

Ultimately what most reasonable UCF fans want is a team that doesn’t make the same undisciplined (coaching) mistakes game after game and year after year. In addition to play calling that is from this decade of college football. I haven’t seen much progress on either front….Gus will be around another year or two…we shouldn’t pay his multimillion dollar buyout…unless Saban or Urban will take that amount out of their first contract…GK…CTFO!!!
